Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
KC Hockey Club Travel
Travel Hockey Tryout Refund Policy Tryout registration fees are generally non-refundable, as they help cover ice costs, evaluator fees, and administrative expenses associated with the tryout process. That said, we understand situations may arise that require special consideration. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Kansas City Icehawks House
All refund requests for Mid America Hockey Association (MAHA) players at all levels must be sent in writing to the MAHA Registrar. All refund requests will be evaluated by the Board of Directors. Refunds will be approved on a case by case basis. In most cases a "hardship," which includes season-ending injury or illness or an out-of-area move that prevents a player from continuing in the program must be illustrated. Hardships will be determined on a case-by-case basis by the MAHA Board of Directors at its discretion, with refund amounts determined by the Board also at its discretion.

Rockhurst High School
Refunds will be available on a case by case basis by the MAHA Board of Directors. Insurance for all registrations is available at time of sign-up.
