Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

KANSAS CITY KNIGHTS HS

All refund requests for Mid America Hockey Association (MAHA) players at all levels must be sent in writing to the MAHA Registrar. All refund requests will be evaluated by the Board of Directors. Refunds will be approved on a case by case basis. In most cases a "hardship," which includes season-ending injury or illness or an out-of-area move that prevents a player from continuing in the program must be illustrated. Hardships will be determined on a case-by-case basis by the MAHA Board of Directors at its discretion, with refund amounts determined by the Board also at its discretion.

KANSAS CITY OUTLAWS AA TRAVEL

All refund requests for Mid America Hockey Association (MAHA) players at all levels must be sent in writing to the MAHA Registrar. All refund requests will be evaluated by the Board of Directors. Refunds will be approved on a case by case basis. Insurance is available during the registration process.

These are items are custom ordered. There will be no refunds on any item. MAHA bears no responsibility for the selection of sizes chosen.

MAHA Coach Registration

Reimbursement for coaching certification fees can be requested from the MAHA Treasurer by submitting a current year receipt to rjhamik@gmail.com
