Hockey Kickoff Party – August 9th!
We’re kicking off the season in style and hope you can join us for a fun-filled Kickoff Party on Saturday, August 9th at the Independence Community Ice Center!
Time: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Location: Independence Community Ice Center
What to expect:
• Floor Hockey & Roller Hockey (bring your own roller blades – they are not available at the rink)
• Food Trucks – featuring Anton & Israel and Potato Shack
• Jersey Samples – try them on and verify your size
If you are a first time Outlaws player please come get sized for your jersey. This will be the only jersey fittings before the order is placed to ensure jerseys arrive before the season starts.
This is a great opportunity to connect with fellow players and families, get hyped for the season, and have a blast on and off the rink.
No RSVP required – just show up ready to play and have fun!

Outlaws AA Travel Tryouts
The Kansas City Outlaws are proud to announce our 2025-2026 AA travel program tryouts. We are more than just a travel hockey team. We are a family and are committed to a development-focused program. Our main focus is in helping young athletes develop into confident, respectful, and passionate individuals that continue to grow as players, but more importantly, amazing human beings. Our tryouts are an invitation to all families who value character, respect, and a long-term love for the game. Our program competes in the St Louis league and plays in high level tournaments throughout the season.
10U/Squirt Tryouts-2025/26 Season
Who: Players born in 2016/2015
When: August 11 and 13, 2025 6:10pm-7:10pm
Where: Line Creek Community Center
12U/Peewee Tryouts – 2025/26 Season
Who: Players born in 2013 or 2014
When: July 21 and 23, 2025 6:10pm – 7:10pm
Where: Line Creek Community Center
14U/Bantam Tryouts -2025/26
Who: Players born in 2012 or 2011
When: August 18 and 20, 2025 6:10 pm -7:10 pm

Outlaws Spring Hockey for 2024-2025 season
The Outlaws Spring Hockey League is now open for registration to all house league players who would like to continue their hockey development during the spring season. Focus on power skating, puck handling, passing, shooting, positioning and overall hockey strategy. All sessions ran by MAHA Coaches at Independence Ice Center.
Sessions will be Thursdays and Fridays, April 03-May 23.
Birth years 2010-2013 will be from 6-7pm
Birth years 2014-2017 will be from 7:15-8:15pm
Cost is $395 per player and includes a jersey! Goalies are free!

Santa Skate
Join us on Thursday, December 5th from 4-8pm at Cable Dahmer Arena for Santa Skate! Enjoy the free indoor craft fair, free pictures with Santa, food trucks, and a free North Pole Kid Zone! Tickets for ice skating and bounce houses are only $10 and if you tell the front desk at the event you are with MAHA they will donate a portion of sales back to the organization!

Spooky Skate
Join us at the Spooky Skate at Cable Dahmer Arena on October 24th from 4-8pm. There will be free trick or treating, haunted house, craft fair, and kids zone! Tickets for the unlimited skating and bounce houses are $10! Make sure and mention you’re with MAHA and a portion of all tickets will be donated to our organization!

Outlaws House Conditioning Camp
Are you ready for the 24-25 season? Let us help you get ready! Join us August 30th and August 31st for the Outlaws House Conditioning Skate. Sessions will be held for 8U, Squirts 10U, and Peewee 12U/Bantam 14U. Lace up those skates and get ready!

MAHA Kickoff
Our annual kickoff event will be held Saturday, August 10th from 12-4:00pm at Cable Dahmer Arena. We are so excited to partner with the arena for this event and we know everyone is going to have so much fun.
Please make sure and stop by the MAHA table so you can get sized for your gloves and jersey. Everyone that comes by and gets sized will get a free event activity pass that will allow unlimited access to all the ice skating and bounce houses for the entire event.
